With the works of fashion week, and beginning of tax season it has been crazy.

So we are all aware of Katey Perry and her wonderful bash with OPI-SHATTER a nail polish that crackles and gives tons of textures to any boring manicure-although no manicure is boring.
OPI-has released the color in black------But word is out THANK YOU FASHION WEEK NEW YORK GOSSIP QUEENS: OPI is supposedly coming out with a Shatter in Silver-OMFG.
